If at any point you are not happy with the process or progress we will refund your money to you. All of it. No charges or fees. With the exception of images, domain names, hosting costs, and time spent on performing, editing, and acquiring these things. 

We are not responsible for any images given to us by you that are copyrighted, whether you are aware or not. 

Once you accept a look for your website the initial payment is no longer refundable unless, we fail to respond within 48 hours to an inquiry, Project is delayed through no fault of your own. (Delays due to inability to decide on a theme or colors or any other aspect of your site, on your part, does not count)

These rules are very simple, if you have any farther questions then please ask us. I had a lawyer draw up something and it was ridiculously long and did not seem fair to the client, too many loopholes so I wrote this up myself, to be clear and simple.
